Compared with the traditional fixed relay assisted communication network, mobile wireless network has greater coverage and better flexibility. It enables to extend lifetime of a system improve throughput uses. Due time-varying nature actual environment existence various interferences, there are uncertain factors in channel that affect quality service users. In this paper, we study energy efficiency maximization problem based on power control, selection, subcarrier allocation under channel. The proposed selection algorithm improves while ensuring normal Probabilistic constraints introduced into optimization describe channel, after mathematical transformation, it becomes solvable form. distributed robust control also presented. Simulation results show improved been achieved behaves scalability robustness dynamic environment.
